Caroline is the cofounder & COO of Welcome Place, the neobank for newcomers. Graduating with a Master's degree in Public Affairs and Political Science from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in 2011, Caroline completed her training with a double degree in Project Management from ESCP Business School and Ca Foscari University in Venice. She managed the Orange startup accelerator and helps coordinate the international network of Orange accelerator (17 worldwide). In 2020, she became co-director of La MedNum, France's leading player in digital inclusion. She launched 4 services and multiplied sales by 10 in 2 years.
